When should I RSVP?

Please let us know if you’ll be joining us by September 2nd. You can RSVP on our website—thank you!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Vineyard at J. Creek: 16905 Jowler Creek Rd, Platte City, MO 64079 Once you arrive at the vineyard, signs will guide you to the ceremony location.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors in the vineyard. Cocktail hour will be a mix—you can enjoy drinks and music inside the wine bar or relax outside with yard games and live music. The reception, dinner, and dancing will be indoors.

What should I wear?

Answer

We’re going with cocktail attire for the celebration. Gentlemen: A suit or dress shirt (tie optional) is perfect. Ladies: Midi, maxi, or knee-length dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates work great.

What’s the timeline for the big day?

Answer

Ceremony starts promptly at 5:30 PM Followed by cocktail hour Then dinner, dancing, and celebrating until around 11:00 PM

How do I get to and from the venue?

Answer

For our guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn and who book through our link, we're offering complimentary transportation to and from the wedding venue. (More details on specific pick-up and drop-off times to come.) We recommend out-of-town guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn use the shuttle, especially since Uber or rideshare options may be limited due to the vineyard’s rural location. We want everyone to have a safe and stress-free ride.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There’s plenty of free on-site parking available for guests driving to the venue.

Are babies and young children welcome?

Answer

Of course! We'll have space for them to play and a roomy dance floor so they can enjoy the evening.
