What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is summer cocktail attire. Please bring a light layer in case it gets chilly in the evening, as most of the event will be held outdoors. The walking surfaces are all handicap accessible and mostly paved.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please text Anna at 707-307-8072 no later than 6/10 to ensure that the information can be directed to our caterer.

Will there be alcohol?

Yes, we will have an open, complementary bar with sparkling and still wine, beer, seltzers and non alcoholic options for all of our guests to enjoy throughout the event.

Yes, you are welcome to bring a plus one! Please indicate their attendance when you RSVP.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 6:00pm. Please arrive 30-45 minutes before the ceremony to get settled and enjoy a glass of sparkling wine. Please note that there will be a NASCAR event at a nearby raceway, so do budget extra time for traffic due to this event.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We kindly request that guests do not take excessive photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!
