Welcome Party

4:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Casual Clam Bake Attire - this event will be held at the pavilion which has a concrete floor, but is surrounded by grass and also has access to a small beach. Please wear comfortable shoes and bring a light jacket.

We will be serving full clam bake dinner, so come hungry for clam chowder, steamed clams, mussels, and lobster! Drinks will also be served.

Wedding Ceremony

4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

The wedding attire is colorful cocktail or semi formal. Please be conscious that the ceremony will take place outside on the lawn and by the water. Ladies, please wear a low heel or something easy to walk in and bring a shawl as it may be windy.

Buses will be transporting guests from The Bay Voyage Inn (150 Conanicus Ave, Jamestown, RI 02835) starting at 3:15pm There is no parking at the ceremony site, so if you are driving please park at The Conanicut Yacht Club (40 Bay View Dr, Jamestown, RI 02835) and walk over to The Bay Voyage to hop on the bus. It is a 3 minute walk. If you are Ubering to the ceremony site please arrive by 3:30pm. After the ceremony, the buses will transport all guests to The Conanicut Yacht Club for the reception.
