The sooner, the better! Tickets to Europe can get expensive, prices range from $800 up to $1,400+. We highly suggest downloading and utilizing the app “Hopper”, it is great with giving you price ranges and shows high/low-cost days for flying. Alternatively, a Google Flights Tracker notification can also be set to monitor the price of tickets. Please keep in mind that due to the time difference and long flights, if you would like to arrive on the 18th you will need to fly out of the United States on the 17th. Please do your best to arrive the day before the wedding as the typical arrival time is in the afternoon. This will allow you enough time to get accustomed to the time change, give you leeway for any delays, and give you the ability to contact me if you have any issues. Unfortunately, we will be unavailable to help on the day of the ceremony. If you would like any assistance in booking flights or have any questions, feel free to reach out to Anna at (727)-276-8433. We have added our hotel recommendations on our “Travel” page to make this convenient for guests.
Due to limited capacity we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed out on your invitation. If there are any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. Please arrive no later than 5:15 PM to take your seat.
While we would love to have everyone attend our special moment during the ceremony, we recognize that our ceremony is taking place during a work day and work hours. For our in-town guests who have work obligations and won't be able to make the ceremony please feel free to meet us at Pasarel Lake Club anytime after 6 pm for cocktail hour. Our reception will begin at 7 pm where there will be plenty of food, drinks, and dancing!
For our out-of-town guests, we have arranged transportation for you. The pickup point will be at the hotel and leave promptly at 4:30 pm. A shuttle back to the hotel will be available at the end of the ceremony as well. For our in-town guests, there is parking at the venue if you choose to drive and additionally, we have negotiated a rate with a Drink and Drive transportation service to ensure everyone's safety. If there are any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out and we will make arrangements.
Please note that the ceremony and dinner will be outdoors. While it is summertime and you can expect it to be warmer while the sun is out, because the venue is in the mountains it will get chilly at night so we recommend you bring a cover-up.
The preferred attire for the wedding is formal and black tie. Men should do their best to wear a tux or suit & tie and women should do their best to wear a mid-length or floor-length dress. However, we want you to be comfortable so if you prefer something more cocktail, that is fine. Please refrain from wearing sneakers, jeans, white, cream, or sequins.
You will be missed dearly! Please fill out our RSVP form in the ‘RSVP’ section of our website.
