Who do I contact if I have questions about booking a room?

We have contracted with travel agent Tamara Lidbom. Please contact her with ANY questions or concerns that you may have regarding booking and travel. Please do not contact Anna or Sean with questions, they will direct you to Tamara. 623-440-9623 | tamara@anytimetravelagency.com
Question
Does booking a room count as my RSVP?
Answer
No, booking a room does not count as your RSVP. Please see the RSVP tab on this website and RSVP by July 1st, 2026. This is a separate list that populates to Sean and Anna that will be used to gather an accurate guest count when communicating with the resort. You can book your rooms on the booking page, the final date to book rooms is Nov 1st, 2026.

Are children welcome?
Answer
The resort has both family friendly and adults only sections. The block of rooms that we contracted are only for the adults only section and any wedding related activities will be held in the adults only section. CHILDREN WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND ANY OF THE WEDDING RELATED ACTIVITES. However, if you would like to bring your family to enjoy the rest of your stay you can contact Tamara to inquire about booking a room in the family friendly section.
Question
How many days will we be in Saint Lucia/Can I arrive early or extend my stay?
Answer
There is a 4 night minimum at the resort. Our block of rooms is booked from Thursday, Feb 18th 2027 to Monday, Feb 22nd 2027. If you would like to arrive early or extend your stay you are more than welcome to! Please contact Tamara to adjust your dates.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code for the ceremony and reception will be Beach Formal. Please refrain from wearing white. For the rest of your stay please see the resort's posted dress code on their website.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Please only attend with the individuals addressed on your invitation. We have a set number of guests allowed per the resort.
Question
Is there transportation from the Saint Lucia airport to the resort and back?
Answer
Yes, transfers to and from the airport are included in the room booking. There is an option to add on a helicopter transfer from the airport to the resort for an additional price. If you would like to do that you can do so on the booking page or you can contact Tamara.
