Big Four Walking Bridge
This is a pedestrian, walking bridge that connects Louisville to Indiana. It's a fun walk to go with your friends and family!
Cherokee Park
Cherokee Park's main feature is the 2.3-mile Scenic Loop, with separate lanes for vehicle traffic (one-way) and recreational users. One of the original parks designed by Frederick Law Olmsted, the park provides a pastoral setting amid rolling hills, open meadows and woodlands of the Beargrass Creek valley.

Sam's favorite coffee shop! There are more locations.

Dairy Kastle
Cash-only... You know it's good if it's cash-only.
Con Huevos
Really good breakfasts especially their Huevos Rancheros. There is more than one location but this location is closest to the wedding venue and after you eat you can walk up and down Frankfort and look at different shops and restaurants. The only disadvantage is that this location is more cramped.
Steel City Pops
Refreshing and hardy popsicles. Also you can walk around Bardstown Road and check out different shops and restaurants.
Sunergos Coffee
Many people think this is the best coffee in Louisville! There are several locations.
Climb NuLu
Nulu is a really fun area of town and it has a great rock climbing gym.
Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory
Louisville is known for baseball bats and this museum tells the history of baseball bats.
Beckley Creek
Louisville is building a 100 mile trail and although it is not completely finished they have put in a lot of mileage. There are hiking trails, paths to walk and run, and really beautiful scenery. It's a little out of the way but it's my favorite park in Louisville.
Muhammad Ali Center
Did you know Mohammed Ali is from Louisville? This museum is about his life and legacy.

Anna and I don't usually agree on good restaurants but we both love the Eagle. Delicious good ole' southern KY classics.
