For attire, we’re going with formal / black tie-optional. Tuxes, suits, floor-length dresses, cocktail dresses, and jumpsuits are all welcome. We want everyone looking polished and party-ready, but most importantly, comfortable enough to celebrate all night. We do recommend wider heels or block heels, as the ceremony will be outdoors.
Children are absolutely welcome to attend our wedding. If your child’s name was not included on the invitation, please let us know if they will be joining so we can plan accordingly. While kids of all ages are invited, we do recommend that guests with very young children consider arranging a sitter for the evening so you can fully relax and enjoy the celebration.
If your plus one was not included on your invitation, please let us know as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate them.

Yes. For guests staying at or meeting at the hotel prior to the reception, we are planning to provide transportation to and from the venue, so there is no need to worry about driving or finding an Uber.
The closest airport is Jacksonville International Airport (JAX), which is about an hour from St. Augustine.
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins so you have plenty of time to settle in and find your seat.
The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will take place under an open-air covered structure. So please dress accordingly!
Mid-November in St. Augustine features pleasant, mild weather, with daytime highs in the low 70s°F and cool nights in the upper 50s°F. It is part of the dry season, offering lower humidity and less rain than summer. We recommend you bring a light layer for the evening.

Yes, there will be parking available at the venue for guests who choose to drive.
We would love for you to be fully present with us during the ceremony, so we kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras away until cocktail hour and the reception.
Yes. There will be an open bar throughout the evening with wine, beer, and specialty cocktails.
We will be serving cocktail hour snacks followed by a buffet dinner. We will do our absolute best to accommodate everyone’s dietary needs, so please let us know of any restrictions when you RSVP.
We expect the reception to end around 11:00 PM.
We may keep the celebration going somewhere nearby after the reception. Stay tuned ;)
Yes. Transportation will be provided back to the hotels at the end of the evening.
As much as you KNOW we love pets, only service animals are permitted at the venue.
