The ceremony and reception will both be held outdoors at a farm in Longmont, Colorado. Expect mountain views and fresh summer air. In case of summer afternoon weather surprises, we’ll have covered spaces available.
Please plan to arrive between 3:30–3:45 PM so you'll have plenty of time to park, find your seat, and get settled before the ceremony. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, and we'd love for everyone to be seated before it starts.
Longmont sits at approximately 4,979 ft above sea level. At altitude, it’s easy to get dehydrated quickly, especially when drinking or spending time outdoors. We recommend water (lots of it!), sunscreen, and lip balm. Colorado summers are hot and sunny, with warm evenings once the sun sets. The average temperature in August is high 80s / low 90s. We recommend light layers for comfort.
Farm formal Wear breathable fabrics like linen or cotton and outfits you can move in. The farm is grassy and land is uneven, so flats, sandals, or boots are the way to go — heels will not be happy here.
We will be serving hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet-style dinner with both vegetarian and chicken options. Treats for dessert. Beer, wine, and beverages will be provided for the celebration. We hope you enjoy!
Please visit the 'Travel' page for recommended hotels and transportation details. We have a block at Hotel Longmont!
Your presence truly means the world to us. If you’d like to contribute, we have a honeymoon and home fund registry. We recently purchased an old house and are slowly bringing it to life — any contributions would be deeply appreciated!
Please RSVP by June 10th! Thank you.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on your invitation. If you received a plus-one, it will be noted for you when you RSVP. For children, we kindly ask that this celebration remain adults-only. Our venue is a farm property with a flowing creek, cactus, uneven terrain, and other natural elements that can be unsafe for little ones. Thank you so much for understanding.
If something isn’t covered here, please reach out to Anna or Phelan.
