One mixer, one bold question, and a lifetime of love.
We met at a KD and TKE mixer at Francis Marion University. What started as a fun night turned into weeks of talking… and waiting. And waiting. Because apparently he was taking forever to ask me out. So I finally did what had to be done and said, “So… are you taking me out?” Without missing a beat, he said, “Yes. I’ll be there at 8pm tonight.” And just like that, our first date happened and we’ve been inseparable ever since.
