FAQs

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 10, 2026.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

We are asking that parents make prior arrangements and leave the little ones at home so they can spend more time on the dance floor with us!

Question

What time should I arrive at the church?

Answer

Seating at the church will begin before 4:00 P.M. and the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 P.M.

Question

What is the attire?

Answer

Semi-Formal attire is requested.

Question

Is transportation being provided?

Answer

No. Everything for the wedding weekend is within close distance to each other (downtown is a straight shot on Rivermont Ave to the wedding and reception location). We would suggest carpooling, having a designated driver if needed, or if flying in from out of town, plan to use Uber/Lyft, or have a rental car already arranged. The church and Oakwood are right across the street from each other (within walking distance) and they both have plenty of parking as well.

Question

Looking for something to do Friday after the Rehearsal Dinner?

Answer

Check out: Trailhead Beer Garden (one of our favorites), Trading Post Speakeasy & Music Hall, 7 Rooftop Bar, The Water Dog, or Skyline (The Virginian Hotel's rooftop).

Question

For anyone who likes to stay active, be outside, and for the health nuts...

Answer

Question
