Question

How should we get to the venue?

Answer

We will be providing a shuttle bus for all guests (regardless of whether or not they are staying in the hotel). The shuttle will pick guests up outside the main lobby of the Hyatt (look for large coach buses). It will depart at 4pm and will return to the Hyatt at midnight. Alternative transportation is Lyft/Uber. **IMPORTANT UPDATE** Unfortunately, valet parking will not be available. Guests may self park along Trancas Canyon Rd.

Will there be a welcome reception?

Answer

Yes! We will be greeting and welcoming our guests at the Hyatt garden bar at 830pm on 10/18/19. Please feel free to drop by, say hi, and have a chance to meet other guests before our big event!

Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes! We have blocked rooms at both the Hyatt and Hilton Homeward Suites. The blocked rate will be available until September 16 and are subject to availability. Keep in mind that the wedding day shuttle will be departing from the Hyatt.

Is good or drinks provided at the welcome drinks?

Answer
