My GPS keeps pulling up Storytellers Hideaway Farm AND Museum - which one is it?

Answer

The Storytellers Hideaway Farm is where the wedding will take place; it is located about 1 mile down from the museum. The museum looks like a large general store (it was once a general store, in fact) that will be on your left. Continue on down the road and the entrance to the farm will be on your right. If you get mixed-up, don't worry - there will be a sign at the museum letting you know to continue on down to the farm.

Are there any shuttles available to the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately not. Make travel arrangements with your fellow guests, or try using Uber/Lyft (thought getting one to pick you up from the venue might not be possible).
