People meet a lot of different ways these days. One sure fire way that has survived the test of time is one when one buddy sets up another buddy with someone they think they’ll hit it off with. Our friend Dan set us up with the best of intentions and he was right about everything. With all the memorable dinners, adventures to new places and exciting life changes over the course of a year, with all the support, compassion and empathy, our love was growing into something to be cherished. When we started meeting each others families, we knew our love was going some place special. Love happens in all sorts of ways. We owe ours to a friend who somehow knew we’d be perfect for each other.
