CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

While we love your children, this will be a child free event.

I’M COMING FROM OUT OF STATE! WHAT AIRPORT IS CLOSEST?

Answer

Madison, O'Hare and Milwaukee Mitchell Airport are about an hour from Beloit! There is also an airport in Rockford, for most smaller airlines.

WHERE ARE YOUR ROOM BLOCKS?

Answer

We have room blocks at the Ironworks Hotel and Hotel Goodwin. Use code - GUSTAFSONLAROCCO when booking online or Gustafson LaRocco wedding when calling to make your reservation.

DO I HAVE TO STAY AT THE IRONWORKS OR HOTEL GOODWIN?

Answer

No! While we have wedding blocks at Ironworks Hotel and Hotel Goodwin, there are many hotels in Beloit that you can choose from! There is a Home2 Suites, Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express & Suites, to name a few.

HOW & WHEN SHOULD I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please click on the RSVP tab on our website! All guests will either be marked as “attending” or “declined”. We kindly ask that you RSVP by May 9th.

WHAT IF I DON’T RSVP IN TIME?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by May 9th, you will be marked as “not attending”. We would love to celebrate with you, however we do need to get headcount’s to out vendors.

WHAT IS THE ATTIRE?

Answer

We would love our friends and family to dress up with us! So, we are requesting all guests wear black tie optional. Ladies, if you are worried about wearing the same color as the bridesmaids, they will be wearing light pink!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm. Please arrive between 3:30 pm and 3:45 pm to ensure you have enough time to park and be seated for the ceremony.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We would love for you to be fully present for when we say “I do”. Nick and I have hired a wonderful photography team that will be taking beautiful pictures during the ceremony so you don’t have to.
