Ventura Beach Marriott Room Block
Make sure to book with our room block by using the reservation link below ("View" button) or by calling Marriott Central Reservations at 1-800-228-9290 and requesting to reserve through the "Van Slyke Room Block." The welcome dinner will be across the street from the Ventura Beach Marriott with drinks to follow at the Marriott's Channel Kitchen & Bar. Roundtrip transportation will also be provided from the Marriott to the celebration venue (The Ranch House) on Saturday evening.

We want everyone to have fun and be safe! Roundtrip transportation will be provided from the Ventura Beach Marriott to the celebration venue (The Ranch House). The last shuttle will leave the venue at 10:15pm and will make a stop downtown at the Star Lounge for anyone who would like to continue the celebration! Shuttle Schedule 5:30pm: Depart Ventura Beach Marriott for The Ranch House 9:00pm (1st Wave): Depart The Ranch House for Ventura Beach Marriott 9:30pm (2nd Wave): Depart The Ranch House for Ventura Beach Marriott 10:15pm (3rd Wave): Depart The Ranch House for Star Lounge (Stop 1) and Ventura Beach Marriott (Stop 2)
Flight
Getting to Ventura
Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) is the recommended airport (35 miles). Car rentals, taxis, and ride services available. Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) is the second closest at 60 miles with travel time largely dependent on traffic. If traveling to Burbank, we recommend taking the Amtrak Pacific Surfliner to Ventura, which is ~90 minute train ride equipped with food and beverages! Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is furthest but often the most affordable option. The Ventura County Airporter Shuttle offers bus rides from LAX to Ventura throughout the day. Additional accommodations: Crowne Plaza Hotel: Beachfront location near the the Ventura Pier and the heart of downtown. Four Points Sheraton: Recently renovated with large pool. Located further from downtown but near the Ventura Harbor. Waypoint Ventura Vintage Trailer Hotel & Campground: "Glamping" at its finest. Restored vintage trailers with unique themes and decor. Each unit includes a toilet and shower. AirBnb/VRBOs: Available throughout the city and surrounding area. A note on ride sharing services: While available, ride sharing services frequently require longer than normal wait times in Ventura. Please keep this in mind as you are creating your itinerary!
