After sharing some laughs over the fish Mason caught outside our staff housing at Crossings, Anna assumed they might become friends. For Mason, this encounter led to his first prayers over her!
We officially started dating exactly a month later as Mason left camp on July 21st. This is the day our long distance journey began, and will continue until our wedding day!

We began seeing each other at least every other weekend and were able to keep this up consistently over the whole school year! This picture was taken during Mason’s first trip to WKU.
We got some extended quality time over the holidays which was much appreciated.
Weekends together often contain legos, flowers, lazy days, and little adventures.
We spent our first Valentine’s Day weekend in a fort in Anna’s Bowling Green apartment.
Spring semester brought lots of hiking dates as well as fun dress up opportunities.
Then on vacation in North Carolina with Mason’s family came the big day!
