When Anna made her way to CA to start an exciting new internship opportunity, she wasn't looking for love, she was focused on starting her career. But life has a way of bringing us to the people we need most at the most unexpected times. While in San Diego Marco and Anna connected and started dating. This was Marcos first adult romantic relationship and I guess you could say he hit it out of the park. After dating for a short period of time they developed a meaningful relationship that was able to span time, distance, and several states between them, and well the rest is history.

Long before the proposal came it was clear the these two were meant for each other. Understanding this themselves, Anna set some ground rules and Marco developed a team of Anna and Marco professionals; so named "the council". Through following the guidelines set by Anna, Marcos creativity, and some special help from he council, a secret plan to surprise propose to Anna in Sea World was hatched. Marco planned "just a normal date day at Seaworld" as far as Anna knew. What she didn't know is he also got some of Anna's favorite people to secretly come to the park and some friends on the inside to have a dolphin help propose. You can say they made quite a splash when one of the Dolphins brought over a Buoy that read "will you Marry Me" and Anna's people popped out in surprise.
