Is there a shuttle service to Boettcher Mansion?

Answer

Yes! Departure times from the hotels to the wedding: - 4:00 & 4:15 SpringHill Suites Denver West/Golden, 1315 Colorado Mills Pkwy, Lakewood - 4:10 & 4:25 Courtyard Denver Golden/Red Rocks, 14700 W 6th Ave, Golden CO 80401 - Return trips will begin as soon as 7:30pm and will run every 15-20 minutes with final drop-off at 10:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

I have dietary restrictions, how should I let you know?

Answer

Please feel free to call or text Anna to let her know about any dietary restrictions prior to 6/28. We are are working to accommodate everyone, but will be unable to make changes to our menu after 6/28.

What is the best way to get to the venue?

Answer

Take interstate 70 to exit 256 (The Lookout Mountain/Buffalo Bill Exit) and follow the signs. Parking maybe limited and shuttles will be running from Springhill Suits by Marriott and Courtyard by Marriott to the venue. Please look at our travel page for addresses to both hotels.

Can I smoke (tobacco/cannabis) at the event?

Answer

Please refrain from smoking in the venue. Guests are welcome to smoke outside and are asked to extinguish all cigarettes etc. in outdoor canisters located on the property. Cannabis is not allowed in the mansion or on Lookout Mountain. Please do not try to sneak anything in, we will be charged extra.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have beer, wine, and a few of our favorite cocktails to offer. However, shots, neat, or on the rocks will be served.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! We are planning to have our ceremony outside, and our cocktail hour/reception will be both inside and outside.
