Landon: I had just switched my position at planet fitness from cleaner to front desk and a couple of my co-workers were talking about all the beautiful women that work out there. As I was scanning people in Anna came up and instantly I could not get words to form let alone out of my mouth. As soon as she left I said " That is going to be my wife". To this day I have no clue even If I said anything or what I looked like when that happened. Two months go by and I still haven't said a word to her, but all my co-workers knew I thought she was so beautiful. During that second month I was asked to interview a member of PF and ask them a few questions. When I was trying to figure out which member I would choose to interview Anna came up to sign up for a Hydro-massage chair. When she got in the chair my co-worker double dared me to get Anna to be the member I interviewed and said that I wouldn't do it. I was so nervous and when I got to her I asked to clean her chair after she was done. She said okay, and when I was wiping it down I asked if I could ask her a couple of questions. She said yes and we sat down close to the front desk where all my co-workers were giggling at me. Long story short what was suppose to be 5-10 min ended up being 1 hour and then I got in trouble by my boss. From then on I was so intrigued and wanted to know more and more about Anna.

Planet Fitness. What a wonderful place to meet a wide range of people from old to young, rude to kind, those there to talk and those there to workout. Never did I ever think I would meet my future husband there nor did I think it would be the nervous worker who approached me in the fall of 2017. I had just finished another killer workout so I decided to utilize the massage chairs. As my massage ended a lanky, dark featured, nervous worker came over and asked to wipe down the chair. I said "Sure." even though I was unsure as to why I was getting this special treatment. He then proceeded to introduce himself as Landon and hesitantly ask if he could ask me a couple questions for the PF member of the month. I said "Sure" and we sat down across from each other at a table. Before Landon even started asking questions I had to ask him a burning question of mine and it was, "Where are you from? Because you have a weird accent." I remember hearing one of the cutest laughs in response. From there what was supposed to be a couple of questions turned to an hour conversation and as I was leaving I thought wow. I stopped and thanked God. My prayers had been answered. After feeling alone for awhile, I finally felt like I had found the friend that I had been praying for. Someone who was genuine. Someone who was different from everyone else our age. Someone who could laugh with me. Someone who had similar interests as me. and most importantly someone who loved God.

A surprise birthday get together for Rich that I was in on turned out to be a surprise proposal that everyone knew about, but me! So thankful for the friends that helped pull off the surprise!
