What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00p. Please arrive no later than 4:30p to allow time to park, enter the venue, & find a seat.

Does The Venue Have Parking?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of complimentary parking at the venue and parking attendants will be there to assist. Handicap parking is available. Please ask the parking attendants to direct you to the handicap accessible lot.

Are Kids Welcome?

For our special day, we've decided to keep our wedding adults-only (21+), so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening with us. We hope you'll take this as a chance for a special date night!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Dress code is black-tie optional. Cocktail attire is encouraged if you opt to not dress in black tie. The ceremony and reception will be outdoors in the garden. We recommend taking this into account when choosing heels!

Where Should I Stay?

Answer

Make sure to check out our Travel tab, which provides recommendations to three hotels. We have a room block at Residence Inn by Marriott Louisville East/Oxmoor. Transportation to and from the venue will be provided at this hotel only. Bookings for this hotel need to be made by 7/28.

How do I know if i can bring a plus-one?

Answer

We have thoughtfully planned out our guest list, therefore all plus-ones are specified on your formal invitation. You will only be able to RSVP for the guests listed on the invitation.

will there be meal options for guests with dietary restriction?

Answer

Yes! Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP so we can guarantee accommodations on the wedding day.
