We kindly ask that guest arrive at 5:00 PM and head to the rock wall garden to be seated for the start of the ceremony. The ceremony will promptly start at 5:30 PM.
We ask that the gentlemen wear more formal attire. For example, a dress shirt, tie, and dress pants, a full suit, or a tuxedo. We ask that the ladies wear formal attire as well (i.e. a nice dress, dress romper, or dress pant suit).
The ceremony and reception will both be at Meadow Brook Hall in Rochester, Michigan. The ceremony will be outside in one of the gardens (weather permitting). Guest will have the opportunity to tour the grand estate! There are 3 floors of the mansion to check out. If you are not interested in touring the mansion then you may relax and enjoy some houre d'oeuvres, and open bar on us! Cocktail hour will be from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Meadow Brook Hall has parking to the left of the main gate entrance. There will not be valet available, however, if you need to be dropped off near the front entrance through the main gate by a family member you may, as long as that family member parks your car for you after.
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you!
If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by our specified deadline, you will be marked as "not attending". The reason for this being that we must provide accurate guest counts to all of our vendors within a timely manner. We hope you understand, and we will miss you celebrating with us!
If you are running late you can still enter the area after the bridal party and bride have walked down, however, we ask that you quietly wait towards the rear and not disrupt the ceremony. If you are uncomfortable with that, then please join us for cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony at 6:00 PM.
