If you’re arriving on April 30, slip into vacation mode and come say hello! 🌴 After you check in, get settled, and grab a bite to eat, wander over to the lobby bar anytime between 7:30 – 9:00 PM for a welcome drink, warm hugs, and to pick up your welcome gifts. Nothing formal is planned — this is just a casual first cheers in paradise and a chance to reconnect after your travels. Totally optional! If travel day has you ready for pajamas and room service instead, we completely understand and will catch up with you the next day.

Come find a seat around 4:45 PM, kick back, and soak in the view. At 5:00 PM, we’ll begin and make it official!

After the ceremony, please stay and enjoy cocktail hour from 6:00 – 7:00 PM at the beach gazebo. While we sneak away for a few photos, grab a drink, enjoy some appetizers, and soak in the ocean views. Relax, mingle, and keep the celebration vibes flowing — we’ll meet you at the reception shortly!
