After much consideration, we’ve decided that little ones are welcome at the ceremony! However, please keep in mind that the ceremony will take place near cliffs, so we kindly ask that you keep a close eye on them for their safety.
We kindly ask that guests arrive at least 25 minutes before the ceremony starts to ensure everyone is settled and ready. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm, so please plan accordingly.
June in Acadia National Park is typically mild, with temperatures ranging from the mid-50s to the low 70s°F. It can be breezy along the coast, and there’s always a chance of rain, so we recommend bringing a light jacket just in case.
We ask that you dress in semi-formal attire—think suits, cocktail dresses, or elegant outfits. Since the ceremony will take place on rocky and uneven ground, we highly recommend wearing flats or sturdy shoes rather than heels.
We would love for you to be fully present with us in the moment! We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony. Our photographer will be capturing everything, and we’ll be happy to share photos with you afterward!
Since our ceremony is taking place in a national park, seating is not permitted. But don’t worry—it will be a short and sweet ceremony! If you need any special accommodations, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to help.
