We will have busses to transport from the Stanley Hotel to the wedding venue and back. If you are planning on taking the bus, please RSVP so we can save you a seat. If are not planning on taking the bus please allow 30 minutes to get to the venue and keep in mind that Ubers are VERY limited in Estes Park. Please make sure to get to the venue by 2:30pm. If you are driving there is plenty of free parking! If you end up needing to leave your car, you can keep it at the venue until 10am the next day.
2:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Dress Code: Mountain Cocktail Attire. We’re celebrating in the mountains, so think elevated and elegant with a relaxed Colorado twist. Midi and floor-length dresses are a great fit for the setting. Given the natural terrain, we recommend block heels, wedges, or dressy flats. Suits or blazers with dress pants are ideal. Linen fabrics and lighter colors complement the mountain setting nicely.
The ceremony starts at 3pm sharp and is about 5 minute walk from the venue to the meadow, so please arrive at 2:30 for plenty of time to grab a drink first and for the walk over! If you are unable to walk, please let us know and we can accommodate that.
