What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that you wear cocktail attire! A suit or a nice dress shirt with a tie. Along with a midi dress.

Do you have suggested outfit colours?

Answer

Yes! We would love to see you all in bright summer colours: pinks, oranges, greens, blues! There are some colour samples at the top of this page. Our bridesmaids will be wearing pastel/butter yellow, so please refrain from wearing this colour.

Will the ceremony & reception be held at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will be located outside on the patio, along with cocktail hour outside to follow. The reception & dance will be held inside the Buffalo Crossing building.

How early can I arrive to the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm, please arrive anytime shortly after 5pm.

Can we bring our kids to the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Your invite will indicate if your kids are also invited to our wedding but we want all of your kids to join us in celebrating our day! Please let us know in your RSVP whether or not your kids will also be attending the reception dinner.

Will childcare be provided?

Answer

Children supervision will not be provided, so we kindly ask if you will be bringing your children that you are also attending to their whereabouts. We will have a kid/youth room on the main floor of our venue where we will have a laptop set up for movie entertainment.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We have a limited number of people allowed at our venue. Your invitation will indicate if you have a plus one!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue, just off of McGillivray.

What if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?

Answer

There will be a section to note any allergies or dietary needs you have on the RSVP page.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be cash bars provided at both our cocktail hour and reception, we kindly ask you to bring cash or credit if you would like something from the bars. We will be providing hand picked table wines to enjoy during the reception.
