There they were in their first years of Martin Luther College, sitting across from each other in the cafeteria. Everything was fine until IT appeared on her plate. Sitting there as innocently as a baby was a typical, average, everyday chicken tender. Anna, being the lover of all things, noticed this seemingly ordinary chicken tender, and it was love at first sight. She confidently declared, "IT'S A SEAHORSE!" Josh, being the more logical one of the two, confidently declared, "It's a chicken tender. Eat it and kill it." This sparked outrage from Anna, and it remains one of the fiercest battles ever fought. For four hours, they argued over whether the chicken tender had any real value. For months afterwards, whenever Anna saw Josh, it would spark the same level of rage, and she couldn't help but remind him of the fight he had caused. Eventually, we went on break, and all was quiet on the western front. When we came back from break, Josh and Anna both realized they might have feelings for each other, but were unsure, since their only interaction had been an argument over a seahorse-looking chicken tender. As they started to talk more and more it led to an on again off again type of situationship until finally on February 18, 2023, Josh told Anna he needed to know and officially asked her to be his girlfriend. And the rest, as they say, is history
