When should I RSVP by?

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! Conley Farms does, however, require that all children under the age of 16 be supervised by an adult at all times.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Because we have each setup apartments over the years we have most essentials that a newly married couple would need. We both enjoy adventure and making memories, therefore, we set up a "honeyfund" to help fund our honeymoon. We plan to go to Iceland in December 2025 and would appreciate, in lieu of gifts, your contributions to this fund.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at Hampton Inn Kingsport; please see the travel page for details. Please note, the last day to reserve a room at the group rate will be May 1, 2025.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately we are not able to provide transportation to and from hotels; ample parking is available. onsite

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

We have chosen to have an alcohol-free weekend.

What is the rain plan?

Answer

Weather permitting our wedding ceremony will be outdoors. Conley Farms does, however, have an indoor option in the event of bad weather.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This is an outdoor wedding (weather permitting). The dress code is business casual. We want you to be comfortable, and able to dance after dinner, but remember it is a wedding.

Are camera's or cell phones allowed?

Answer

We will have professional photographers onsite, but we hope that our guests will frequently pull out their cell phone to capture casual moments. We do ask, however, that all cell phones be put away, and silenced, during the ceremony.

Are pets allowed at the Venue?

Answer

Conley Farms has informed us that this is an animal free venue.

Do we have a plus one?

Answer

If you have a plus one to our wedding it will be mentioned on your invitation. With a limited budget we cannot have everyone we love at the wedding, so we are limiting the amount of people we invite.

What food will be provided?

Answer

Braeden's BBQ, out of Kingsport, TN, will be catering our event. Entrees will include pulled pork, pulled chicken, and chicken tenders; to help us be better prepared, please make your selection when you RSVP.

Answer

We will have food available to those who have allergies or restrictions. We will mention everything available here once we finalize the catering.
