Question

By when do I need to RSVP?

Answer

We would appreciate you letting us know whether you plan to attend by November 15!

What is the dress code on the day?

Answer

The dress code for both ceremony and reception is Black Tie Optional. We are excited to dress up for the occasion and hope you are too!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be transportation from the Courtyard hotel to the ceremony, available to all wedding guests, departing shortly after 4.00pm. If you are staying at Hotel Zero Degrees or somewhere else in the area, you have the option of hopping on the shuttle at the Courtyard.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4.30. There will be transportation provided from the Courtyard hotel, available to all wedding guests. If you will be using this, please be prepared to depart from the Courtyard at 4.00. If you are travelling independently to the venue, please aim to arrive promptly at 4.30.

How are you handling COVID-19?

Answer

We want the event to be as safe and enjoyable as possible for all of our guests. As such, we are asking that everyone who attend the wedding either be fully vaccinated or have a negative test result within 2 days of the event. Please do contact us if you have any questions on this subject.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

You will have the opportunity to let us know of any dietary requirements when filling out your RSVP! You can also let your waiter know on the day, and they will do their best to advise / accommodate, but we do ask that you let us know in advance. Our venue is really great about food allergies - you can rest assured the whole menu will be nut-free!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There's plenty of parking available on-site at Le Chateau.
