Joseph and Anna first crossed paths at an end of school year party hosted by a mutual friend of theirs, and now one of Joseph's groomsmen, Adam Hrastich. They mostly confined themselves to their own familiar social circles, but shared one crucial interaction that would spark the beginning of something special. "Hey are you joining the tootsie roll eating contest?" Anna questioned as Joseph sat down in the adjacent chair while grabbing a tootsie roll off the table. "Nah, I'm just here to eat recreationally" was his only response. It was a short interaction, but memorable enough for Joseph to inquire about the "cute curly haired girl" to Adam after the party was over. After sharing socials and striking up a conversation, it quickly became evident that this couple's story would last a lifetime. Over the last eight years, Joseph and Anna have found pure joy in each other's company. This was made easy by their shared core interests. They both have a love of snowboarding/skiing, which brought them on journeys to the slopes out west. They both share a love of nature, which resulted in many camping and hiking trips to a plethora of state parks. And they both love immersing themselves in a good television series, which made rainy days and staying in easy. They also have had a wonderful time expanding their horizons participating in interests that were not previously shared. Joseph introduced Anna to things like the arts of disc golf and gaming, while Anna introduced Joseph to more literal arts, like pressing flowers, making picture frames, and painting. Having eight years behind them, Anna and Joseph have plenty of magical memories in their story, and they know that entering this next chapter will bring an abundance more. They are extremely optimistic and can't wait to see what the future holds.
