Please arrive by 5pm For guests staying at the Doubletree with the wedding party, a shuttle bus will pick up at the front lobby at 4:30 PM and 5:00PM to take guests to the event. The shuttle will return guests to the hotel after the event at 11:00 PM and 11:30 PM. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from the venue. For guests not staying at the hotel, there is a large parking lot on the south side of the venue by the entrance. You are encouraged to leave your vehicle in this lot overnight if needed, you will not be towed. The venue is also in a Uber/Lyft friendly area.
