We met back in 2014, while we were attending college at Sacramento State University from that point and on we became friends. In 2021, we reunited by crossing paths in life, then we decided to start getting to know each other on a more personal level, which led to a romantic path in life by traveling the world together. In November of 2023, Joaquin proposed to me as we flew over the pyramids of Mexico City in a hot air balloon.
