Matron of Honor
Sarah-Fey is the bride's oldest sister and first role model. The job of both the Matron of Honor and the Maid of Honor is to lead the bridal troupe, assist the bride as needed, help shop for the dress, plan the bachelorette, and give a toast! Both sisters did exactly that! From running around the world to fix the bride’s bouquet, to holding the bouquet during the ceremony, to herding the “kittens” (the wedding party), Sarah-Fey was always there!
Holley {Rebecca} Rumbarger
Maid of Honor
Rebecca is the bride’s sister. The job of both the Matron of Honor and the Maid of Honor is to lead the bridal troupe, assist the bride as needed, help shop for the dress, plan the bachelorette, and give a toast! Both sisters did exactly that! From running around the world to fix the bride’s bouquet, to holding the groom’s ring, to constantly having the bride laughing, Rebecca was there for the bride and the groom!
Savannah Sumner
Bridesmaid
Savannah is the groom’s sister. It was important to the bride that she felt included and welcomed. She felt like an absolute princess in her bride's maid dress. Savannah filled her role of the bridesmaids by assisting the bride as needed and by decorating the getaway car!
Ellie Curran
Honorary Bridesmaid
Ellie was the bride’s college roommate and best friend. She was also the perfect honorary bridesmaid. She fulfilled her role in assisting the bride in more ways than anyone could know. She took care of many disasters without the bride knowing and without any acknowledgment from others.
Jeremy Sumner
Best Man
The best man is the grooms best friend and father! The best man’s duties include assisting the groom, helping the groom with his apparel, holding the bride’s ring during the ceremony, and by giving a toast! There were no dry eyes from the time the best man started the toasts at the rehearsal dinner til the end of the night!
Hayden Aston
Groomsman
Hayden is one of the groom’s brothers and one of his longest and best friend! The groomsman’s job is to assist the groom as needed and work as a sort of usher for the guest (the few we had at our tiny wedding). Hayden made sure the groom, bride, and their guests were taken care.
{Simon} Peter Rumbarger Jr.
Groomsman
Simon is the bride’s brother and considered her twin. The groom wanted to make sure Simon was included and welcomed. His groomsman duties were fulfilled by assisting the bride and the groom in any way needed and work as an usher. Simon and Savannah had a great night making everyone laugh and have fun! At the end of the day, Simon welcomed the groom into the family with love and a smile.
Corey Sumner
Honorary Groomsman
Corey is the youngest brother of the groom! He should be included in the wedding party as he originally was. He sacrificed his place in the wedding party and at the wedding entirely as he attending basic training! Although the bride and groom missed his presence at the wedding, he was still there in thought as the honorary groomsman.
