Our story began in the aisles of Lowe's Home Improvement — somewhere between busy shifts, long days, and everyday conversations that slowly started to mean a little more. What started as simple hellos and teamwork turned into laughter during breaks, inside jokes, and finding comfort in each other after long days on our feet. Neither of us knew that going to work would lead us to finding our person. But sometimes love shows up in the most ordinary places — and ours showed up in red vests and name tags. From coworkers to best friends… and then to building a life together. We made one of the biggest decisions of our lives when we chose to leave our hometown of Opelousas, LA and start fresh in Temple, TX. It wasn’t easy. It meant stepping out of comfort zones, leaving behind what was familiar, and trusting God and each other completely. But we did it for something bigger — to better ourselves and create greater opportunities for our future family. Together, we’ve built more than a relationship. We’ve built a partnership. A home. A vision. A future. We’re proof that love isn’t just about where you start — it’s about what you’re willing to build together. And the best part? We’re just getting started. 💛
