Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

The venue has limited parking which will be reserved for the wedding party, vendors/staff, and all of the amazing people who are helping make our wedding happen! For guests, parking will be located at: 32060 Herman Road, Eugene, OR 97405. From the large parking lot, we will have two running shuttles that will pick up guests and take them to and from the venue, which is just a few miles up the road.

Will there be vegetarian food options?

Yes, we will have a full menu to cater to most dietary preferences.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony + reception will be held in a beautiful outdoor venue, so keep this in mind while choosing your cocktail attire. We recommend bringing a light jacket for later in the evening!

Do I need to bring a gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is present enough! However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest, we’ve created an online registry. You can find the details under the Registry tab on the website!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We really look forward to celebrating with you and hope you understand.

If I am coming from out of town, where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We are so excited you are traveling to celebrate with us! We have created a hotel block with Valley River Inn, right in the heart of Eugene! You can book online directly or call 541-743-1000 to reserve a room under the “Bonezzi wedding” block! For questions about travel to the venue from the hotel, please let either Anna or Jeff know! We are happy to assist in travel arrangements.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Our big day will be held at Mount Tom House, in Harrisburg, OR (just north of Eugene!) You can find the exact address and directions on the main page. If possible, please carpool with any other guests that you know will also be attending as parking limited.

Will masks be required?

Answer

We will happily provide sanitizer and face masks for our guests to feel comfortable and safe. Due to the limited capacity and it being an outdoor venue, masks will not be required unless mandated by the state of Oregon at that time. If you would like to wear a mask to feel more comfortable we encourage you to do so.

What time will the shuttles run?

Answer

We are still actively working on a shuttle schedule- however with two shuttles to accommodate guests, they should be arriving every 15 minutes. We will keep you updated with more details as we get closer to the wedding date.
