Are children allowed at the ceremony?

Oh my how we wish we could accommodate all of our friends' and families' wonderful little ones!! Alas, we are not able to do that at our wedding. That said - we know many of you have welcomed new babies in the last year! We have developed what we hope will be a helpful plan for guests with new little ones.
