What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We suggest cocktail dresses for women and suits (tie optional) for men. Beacon Hill is 90% grass so we recommend wearing a block heel or flats so you don't sink!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

For guests coming from out of town who might have a harder time finding childcare...we have set aside a place for your little one. For our local guests we hope that you will make our wedding a date night and leave the littles at home or with family. Thank you for your understanding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at Beacon Hill. Handicap spaces will be reserved for those who need it close to the entrance.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see the travel page for local hotel recommendations and accommodations. Spokane also offers an extensive amount of Airbnb and VRBO options as well. We can't wait to see you!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The Spokane Convention Center has a weekend long event scheduled for October 1st-4th. Please book hotels sooner rather than later for the best deal on hotel accommodations.
