Please dress casual to this event! Sun dresses, slacks, casual button up, etc. will be perfect.
We will have a rehearsal with our bridal and groomsman parties as well as family that is in the wedding at 5pm at the lake house. Afterwards we will have a dinner with all family and friends who are in the area already! Expect a delicious, casual dinner with desserts and drinks. We are looking forward to having a more intimate night with those that are there prior to our wedding night.

Friday, 10/6/2023, is scheduled to be a day to relax and enjoy doing whatever anyone likes! It will be a great chance for more people to get into town, for us to soak in all the moments with family/friends, etc. We plan to spend the night at a local Brewery in Hartwell, GA for food and drinks!
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, dark jackets, slacks, etc. We know you will look beautiful!
Our ceremony will begin at 5pm by the lake at Heyward Manor! The ceremony will be on the grass, so please keep that in mind with shoes. There will be a very short walk from the parking lot to the ceremony space and a roundabout for anyone who needs to be dropped off closer. In case of rain, we will have the ceremony inside the white barn located right next to the lake area.
5:45 pm - 6:45 pm
Cocktail Hour will include light appetizers and drinks while we take pictures after our ceremony. It will be held on the back patio by the white barn, just a short walking distance from the ceremony space.
7:00 pm
Come ready for a fun evening of eating, laughter, and lots of dancing! The reception will begin at 7pm and end at 12am. Bring your dancing shoes!

Please feel free to get comfortable! Bring out the sweatpants, pajamas, whatever you like.
After the reception ends at midnight, we will be heading back to the lake house to keep the celebration going! There will be late night snacks and drinks provided, but feel free to bring your own as well! We are working on getting transportation from the venue to the lake house for those who do not wish to drive.
