Question

What are the vaccine requirements for the venue??

Answer

The city of Philadelphia, and therefore our venue, has a vaccine mandate in place for guests who are eating and drinking indoors. In order to enter the venue, you need to be 2 weeks post your vaccine shots (2 shots Moderna, 2 shots Pfizer, or 1 shot J&J). You will need to show your CDC vaccine card (a copy or digital picture is fine too) along with matching photo identification. Security guards will be checking upon arrival. These rules apply to all guests over the age of 5. We appreciate your understanding during this crazy time.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

2:15pm : We'd recommend you to arrive fifteen minutes prior to the ceremony, which starts at 2:30pm.

Question

What time is cocktail hour?

Answer

Cocktail hour will take place from 6:00-7:15pm. The reception will be immediately afterwards.

Question

Is there parking at the ceremony?

Answer

There is no parking lot at the church and street parking is very limited. We’d recommend using the provided transportation from the hotels to the ceremony, explained below.

Question

When and where can I get on the shuttle?

Answer

Due to limited parking at the church, shuttles will run from the both hotels in order to transport guests to the ceremony. Shuttles will depart from each hotel at 1:45pm and will return to the hotels immediately afterwards. The venue is walkable from each hotel (1-2 city blocks), so there will be no transportation provided.

Question

What happens if I'm driving to the ceremony & venue, and not staying at the hotel?

Answer

For those driving and not staying at the hotel, we'd recommend parking near the venue and walking to the Le Meridien hotel, so you can join the rest of the guests and take the shuttle to the ceremony. There is a covered parking garage located at 142 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19102. There is also an open air lot located at 151 N 15th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19102.

Question

What should I do between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

The ceremony will conclude around 3:30pm and the shuttles will take guests back to their respective hotels. We'd encourage guests to take advantage of this "layover" to refresh, relax, or enjoy refreshments at the hotel or nearby bar (some of our favorites are listed in the "Things To Do" tab). The reception is within walking distance of both hotels, and we'd recommend you leave around 5:45pm in order to help us get the party started right on time!

Question

What's the dress code for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Cocktail / Formal Attire

For all the days along the way
