We're getting married!!

We met initially through mutual connections in 2014 when I arrived to my friend Becca's house and Denis was on his way out with his sister, Grace- but nothing ever came from it other than us following each other on Instagram at some point after that. We went our separate ways and liked each other's posts here and there, but never talked. Fast forward to Christmas 2018 when I posted a photo of my dad opening one of his gifts from me and Denis replied to it (casually sliding in my DM's, if you will) and we started messaging back and forth for a month or so, only meeting up one time when he offered to drive me home from the bar after having a liiiittle too much to drink. A month after that, Denis eventually asked me on a breakfast date to Blu Wolf, followed by him making me an incredible steak dinner for Valentine's day, and we have been inseparable ever since, navigating the ups and downs that life has thrown at us. Den proposed to me in the most thoughtful, beautiful and special way on December 16th, 2023 on the Genesee Riverway Trail Bridge which was a sentimental spot for my dad and I- we would go there around the time of our birthdays to see the changing leaves. It was the greatest day of our lives to date, and I have been so excited to be his wife ever since!
