Tropical Disco Time! Our Welcome Party will be held at The Casitas Beach at Cheeca Lodge. This is a private area we have secured for the weekend. To get gate access, ask the valet at the main entrance to Cheeca Lodge to take you. Come join us under the stars for some light bites and beverages. We will be kicking off the weekend with one of our favorite bands.
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Black Tie Optional
The ceremony will be held at the Casitas beach at Cheeca Lodge, located on the south end of the property. There is a gate that you can enter through with the help of an access card. You can ask the Cheeca Valet to take you over, or you can walk from your hotel room if you are staying at Cheeca Lodge. If you are coming from off site, you will need to give your name to the front security gate at Cheeca. You can park your car at the Cheeca Lodge parking lot. If you are staying at Amara Cay, you can ask your hotel to shuttle you over. Otherwise we have transportation arranged to take you from your local hotel and back at the end of the night. The ceremony is on the beach. Stilettos are not recommended.
5:30 pm - 11:00 pm
After the ceremony you will be ushered to the Islamorada Ballroom. Cocktail hour will be on the covered terrace overlooking the golf course followed by an indoor reception. Since the ceremony is on the other side of the resort, we will be either walking down the beach to get to cocktail hour and for convenience, we will have a trolley to bring guests from the ceremony to the reception. We will also be providing transportation back to area hotels at the end of the night.

Let's relax together after the wedding festivities! Bring your towels and sunscreen and come down to the Casitas Pool at Cheeca. We'll have beverages and light bites. Check your printed welcome itinerary upon arrival for more details.
