The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM on the Denver Square. We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes early so everyone can be seated before the ceremony begins.
Please do not park directly on the square. There will be signs posted nearby directing guests to a designated parking area within walking distance of the ceremony.
Our ceremony will take place outdoors on the Denver Bandstand.
Yes! We have reserved hotel blocks at the Quality Inn and Suites in Bethany, Mo.
Our ceremony will still take place outside on the Denver Bandstand, rain or shine. We recommend guests bring an umbrella or light jacket just in case of weather. We’ll be celebrating no matter what!
Please RSVP by July 15th so we can finalize our guest count and make all the necessary arrangements.
We recommend western formal attire. Please keep in mind the ceremony will be outdoors, and guests will need to walk on gravel, so comfortable and practical shoes are encouraged.
