FAQs

We’ve put together this page to answer some of the most common questions about our wedding day, including the schedule, location details, and what to expect. If you don’t see your question answered here, please don’t hesitate to reach out!!
Question

What is the length of the ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be a full Catholic Mass celebrated by a priest and is expected to last approximately 30-40 minutes. The ceremony will include traditional readings, prayers, and the celebration of the Eucharist. We are honored to share this meaningful and sacred experience with our family and friends and appreciate you joining us in this special part of our day.

Question

Is this a sacramental ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be a sacramental Catholic marriage officiated by a Catholic priest. The ceremony will include the traditional rites and blessings of the Catholic Church, celebrating the sacred covenant of marriage. While it will be a sacramental ceremony, it will not include a full Mass, allowing for a meaningful and reverent service while remaining concise for all guests.

Question

Will there be alcohol provided?

Answer

We are pleased to offer complimentary beer and wine throughout the reception for all guests to enjoy. A cash bar will also be available for those who wish to purchase mixed drinks, cocktails, liquor, or other premium beverage selections. Please note that bar service will conclude at 10:00 PM.

Question

Will there be a parking lot shuttle service available?

Answer

For guests who may need a little extra assistance, a golf cart shuttle service will be available to transport guests between the parking area and the venue. We are happy to provide this service to help ensure everyone can comfortably enjoy the celebration.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Our registry can be found directly on our wedding website. Rather than using a traditional registry through a single retailer, we have created a personalized collection of items from a variety of stores. Each item includes a direct link, making it easy for guests to browse and purchase gifts that will help us begin our new chapter together.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request that our guests dress in formal attire to help celebrate this special occasion. We encourage elegant and polished attire, such as suits, dress shirts and ties, cocktail dresses, formal dresses, or comparable formal wear. Your participation in our dress code will help create the beautiful atmosphere we envision for our wedding day.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are delighted to celebrate our special day with our family and friends. Guests who have been given a plus one are welcome to bring their guest to join in the celebration. Please be sure to include your guest's name when submitting your RSVP so we can plan accordingly and ensure everyone is comfortably accommodated.

Question

Answer

Children are warmly welcome to join us in celebrating our wedding day. We are excited to share this special occasion with family and friends of all ages and look forward to having little ones as part of the festivities. When submitting your RSVP, please include any children who will be attending so we can plan accordingly.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests submit their RSVP by July 1st. Receiving your response by this date will help us finalize our plans and ensure we can make the necessary arrangements for everyone attending. We appreciate your prompt reply and look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive by 4:00 PM to allow time for parking, seating, and to ensure the ceremony can begin on time. Please plan to be seated by 4:15 PM. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

For guests traveling from out of town, hotel recommendations and nearby lodging options can be found on our wedding website. We have also included a selection of Airbnb accommodations for those who may prefer an alternative to a traditional hotel stay. We encourage guests to make reservations early to ensure availability and look forward to celebrating with everyone!

Question

Will this be an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

We have chosen to have an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that all guests refrain from using cell phones, cameras, tablets, or other electronic devices during the ceremony. We invite you to be fully present and share this special moment with us. Please ensure that all devices are silenced and put away, or turned off, by 4:25 PM, just before the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. Thank you for helping us create a distraction-free and meaningful experience for everyone.
