Travel Note
Our wedding will take place on the old sheep ranch where we live, nestled in Potter Valley, California. It’s a quiet, rural place surrounded by rolling hills, oak trees, and wide open sky which are all very much part of the heart of this celebration. Location: Potter Valley, CA On-Site Camping: Camping will be available on the land for guests who would like to stay on-site. There is plenty of space for tents and vans. If you plan to camp, please indicate this on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. More details about what to bring and what will be provided will be shared closer to the wedding. Please note that this is rustic camping with limited amenities. Nearby Accommodations: There are a number of Airbnbs and vacation rentals in Potter Valley, Ukiah, and Redwood Valley, all within a short drive of the ranch. We recommend booking early, as options are limited in this area. Hip Camp: Our dear friend Marggie runs a Hip Camp spot with 3 small cabins in Compche, CA (Approx. 45-60 mins away from our house) and has graciously offered to host friends and family at a discount rate. Call her landline : (707) 937-0627 to book! Travel Notes: Potter Valley is about: • 15 minutes from Ukiah • ~2.5 hours north of San Francisco The closest and most convenient airport to fly into is San Francisco International Airport (SFO). A rental car may be necessary to get to and from the ranch. Cell service can be spotty in the valley, so we recommend downloading directions ahead of time
