What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving by 4:30 PM to allow time for parking and seating. Guests are welcome to arrive earlier to enjoy the winery, brewery, and distillery at Springfield Manor!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal! Think cocktail attire: dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates, and suits or dress shirts with slacks. We want everyone to look their best while still feeling comfortable enough to hit the dance floor! The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), and the reception will be held indoors in the ballroom, where we’ll dance the night away!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block placed at the Springhill Suites, which is 10 minutes from the venue. We attached the link in the "Travel" tab of our website. The block is called "Fernandez Wedding." Alternatively, you can call 301-835-0111 and mention "Fernandez Wedding" to receive the discount.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of parking! There will be signs to direct cars as you arrive at the venue.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with all of our favorite people! Our guest list is limited due to space, so invitations will indicate if a plus one has been given. If your invitation is addressed to just you, we kindly ask that you come solo — we promise you’ll still have an amazing time surrounded by friends, family, and plenty of dancing!

Will the ceremony and reception be in the same location?

Answer

Yes, everything will take place at Springfield Manor! Our ceremony will take place outside, followed by an indoor cocktail hour and reception.
