Please plan on arriving by 1:30. The doors to the church will close at 1:55 and the ceremony will begin promptly at 2pm.
We’ve thoughtfully planned our celebration with a specific guest list in mind, so we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. Thank you for understanding, we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
We recommend flying into the JAX - Jacksonville International Airport and driving to Fernandina Beach (about 40 minutes)
The dress code is Formal. We would love to see you dressed up to celebrate with us! Please no white/cream colors and no jeans.
You may park in the church parking lot for the ceremony. After ceremony, you can drive to the Omni, and park in the "Self Parking" garage. There will be a shuttle on rotation to transport guests from the Conference Center to the Reception at Walker’s Landing.

Transportation to St. Michael's Catholic Church, where the ceremony will take place is up to guests. We suggest Ubers or ride sharing. Upon arrival at the Omni for cocktail hour and reception, all guests will head to the Conference Center Shuttle Pick-Up where the shuttles will take guests to Walkers Landing. Please note there is no parking available at Walkers Landing. Shuttles will begin 15 minutes prior to cocktail hour start time and will continuously pick up guests every 15 minutes until 4:45. Transportation will be provided at the end of the night back to your vehicles & hotel. Guests that are NOT staying on property - When they arrive at the security gate, they will reference “Alvarado & Krasowski Wedding” and then park in the parking garage located off Beach Walker Rd. Then they will head to the Conference Center Shuttle Pick-Up where the shuttles will take guests to Walkers Landing. Any guests that are unable to take the shuttles due to injury or need to have their vehicle with them for personal reasons, please contact our wedding planner, Camille Johns at (904) 930-3866 and she can arrange accommodations.
