FAQs

Question

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

We’re so grateful for your kindness! We are registered at Amazon, Dillard's, and Perfect Touch in Paragould. Alternatively, if you’d like to contribute to our honeymoon fund, you can send us a gift via Venmo at @Anna-VanHorn-1 or @Brad-Anderson-40. Please include a note that it is a wedding gift.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that you please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the 6:00 ceremony to allow for parking and being seated.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outside?

Answer

Considering the unpredictability of Arkansas' weather in late March, we're going to let nature be our guide! While we plan to have the ceremony outdoors, we have a simple backup plan to move inside if it’s too cold or rainy. The reception will be held indoors.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We absolutely love your children! However, due to space limitations, we’re keeping this a adults-only event, with the exception of our immediate families. We hope this gives you the perfect opportunity for a well-deserved parents' night out!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’d love to invite everyone, but due to limited venue capacity, we can only accommodate the guests formally listed on your invitation. If you’re invited with a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What if I can't make it?

Answer

We’ll miss you so much but completely understand that schedules and travel can be hard to coordinate. Please remember to RSVP as ''Will Not Attend" so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We can’t wait to see our loved ones dressed up for our special day! While there’s no formal dress code, cocktail, dressy, or semi-formal attire would be perfect. We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing the color white, overly casual clothing, or jeans.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We’d love for you to be fully present with us during this special moment, so we ask that phones be silenced and put away once the ceremony begins. Rest assured, our amazing photographers will capture all the best moments, and we’ll share them with you. Feel free to take photos during the reception, but please be mindful not to block the professional photographers as they capture key moments.

Question

Are you serving dinner?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be serving a stunning grazing board filled with a variety of hearty appetizers, meats, cheeses, fruits, veggies, and breads. Plus, three different kinds of cake to choose from for dessert!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes. Drinks are on us - but any hangovers are on you! Please make arrangements for safe transportation home if you plan on drinking.

Question

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

Answer

Absolutely. It’s so important to us that everyone gets home safely. If you've had a bit too much to drink, please make alternate plans for getting home and feel free to leave your car at the venue. They ask that all cars be picked up by 10:00 am the next day.

Question

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we haven’t received your RSVP by February 22nd, we’ll assume you won’t be joining us. While we’ll miss celebrating with you, it’s essential that we give our vendors an accurate guest count within their requested timeframe. Thank you for understanding!
