Our story began on the golf course. On Anna’s second day working at the Golf Association of Philadelphia, she was stationed as a ball spotter at Conestoga Golf Club. As fate would have it, Blaise hit his ball a "little" right, which happened to land exactly where Anna was sitting. (Accident or on purpose? Depends on who you ask.) It was a chilly day, and Anna was bundled up in her Delaware Athletics parka, a jacket reserved for student-athletes. That sparked a quick conversation about their shared time at Delaware while Blaise waited for the green to clear. A few days later, they followed each other on Instagram. After confirming with her former roommate, Sarah (a Delaware tennis player) that Blaise was, in fact, a good guy, Anna sent him a DM. Their first date was at Bidermann Golf Club, where they played nine holes together. Both birdied the very first hole, and from that moment on, they’ve been inseparable ever since.
