WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!

It was the summer of 2017, and we both got a job with Domain Management at Sewanee. After meeting through work, I was immediately smitten and trying to figure out what to do, and I had no idea if Anna was at all interested. It took about two weeks for me to work up the courage, and then I convinced Anna to go for a hike to Solomon's Temple at Sewanee. That "quick" hike turned into an all day affair, and we spent the whole day talking about anything and everything. From that moment on, we were joined at the hip. We tried our very best to keep our new found romance somewhat of a secret, but I'm convinced our boss was aware. He seemed to always assign us to different tasks. In hindsight, he probably wanted actual work to get done and not just tons of flirting and goofing off. We pretty much spent every second together that summer, and it set a precedent for the next four years. Getting that internship turned out to be one of the most important things that ever happened to us.
