Question
How do I get to and from your wedding venue? Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?
Answer
We have a water taxi scheduled to take guests from downtown Bradenton (near the Springhill suites and Hampton inn hotels) directly to the venue. The water taxi will also take guests from the venue and drop off near the hotels at the end of the night. This is free to guests. If you choose to not use the water taxi, we advise that you plan to use rideshares. There is a parking lot available at the venue if you wish to drive, where you can leave cars overnight.

Should I take the water taxi shuttle?
Answer
If you are staying at the springhill suites or Hampton inn hotels, yes! The water taxi picks up in front of your hotels. If you are staying at the Marriott palmetto, no. The water taxi is out of the way. If you are staying in an Airbnb, you may Uber to the pick up spot for a free boat ride, or you may Uber straight to the venue.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

We ask that RSVPs are submitted online only, on the “RSVP” section of this website.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
Answer
Yes, there is a parking lot at the venue. You may leave your car overnight if you choose to take other transportation home.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding will be completely outdoors. There will be a roof covering added if rain is expected in the forecast. Please bring a light jacket in case of wind or rain.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

What is the dress code for your wedding?
Answer
The dress code is cocktail and formal attire. For example, suit and tie for men, and cocktail dresses for women. We advise guests wearing heeled shoes to wear block heels, as the venue has a large grassy area.

What are the wedding colors?
Answer
The main wedding color (including bridesmaid dresses) is dusty blue, with accents of whites and greens.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
We wouldn’t have a wedding without an open bar. Please only bring cash to tip the bartenders.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 1200 Harbor Hills Drive, Largo, Florida 33770. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at the venue by 3:45pm to be seated on time for our 4:00pm ceremony.

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?
Answer
Due to local noise ordinances, the reception and music must conclude at 10pm. The water taxi will take guests back to downtown Bradenton, near the Springhill Suites, where the party will continue at Oak & Stone restaurant.

Can I bring a plus one? Are children invited?
Answer
Unfortunately, we have a limited capacity for guests at our wedding venue. Because of this, we were only to accommodate some plus ones and children of close family. Please adhere to bringing only the guests listed on your wedding invitation. If your invitation says “The ___ family”, then children are invited. If your invitation says “___ and guest”, then you may bring a plus one.
