The dress code for the ceremony is semi-formal, and the reception is black tie optional. Each event on the website also has more information on dress code.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 1pm. We kindly ask guests to arrive about 15 minutes early to ensure you are comfortably seated in time.
The cocktail hour will begin at 5:30pm, however guests are welcome on the grounds as early as 5pm. Feel free to come early, have a glass of champagne, and enjoy the beautiful gardens around the estate!

To give all of our guests the opportunity to celebrate without worrying about little eyes and ears, we kindly request no children attend.
All dinner orders will be taken table side, but if you have dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance so that we can let our caterers know.
There is parking for the ceremony in the parking lot behind the church. There is also a parking lot available at the reception. Please note that there is a short walk between the parking lot and the venue, approximately 5 minutes. If you have any concerns about mobility, please let us know so we can arrange assistance.
We do not have transportation between the hotel and the ceremony. If you are having difficulty finding your way there, please reach out to us so we can help arrange a carpool with our other guests.
There will be a shuttle available from the Courtyard Marriott Hamilton to the Ashford Estate beginning at 4:30pm. The last shuttle to the venue will leave at 5:45pm. The shuttle will offer return service to the hotel beginning at 12am. The last shuttle to the hotel will leave the venue at 1:45am. Anyone is welcome to take the shuttle, regardless of what hotel you choose to stay in.
